Looking for a way to get your body moving and shake some of that cabin fever? Join Carl Blanchard, first degree black belt from the studio of Isshinryu master Tom Lloyd, for a fun and satisfying half hour of karate-based exercise. Regardless of age, experience or fitness level, Carl will help you get your blood moving, increase your strength, help you become more flexible, and learn some karate basics. Make sure you have a clear and safe 10 foot square area to exercise in and wear comfortable clothing. Bring a bottle of water and a towel and get ready to kick it. Family groups encouraged! Monday and/or Wednesday 5:30-6pm.
Virtual class will be offered via ZOOM on Mondays and Wednesdays.
You must pre-register and there are limited spots available each class session.
If you wish to participate both days please register on each day's program link.
You only need to register ONE MEMBER of your family and others may participate together.
Classes will be offered until June 17th.
Instruction is suitable for ages 7+ and your family may participate together at home.
Once your registration is received you will be emailed the zoom link.
